This winding machine adopts the design form of inner winding. The stator can be done the winding according to the set number of turns and length. Different types of brushless stator can be wound. The whole coil winding process is fully automated, efficient and safe. Multiple coils can be wound at the same time, the wire can be clipped and cut automatically, and the specifications can be changed flexibly. The stator slots and turns can be set through the man-machine interface.

The main structure of winding machine is composed of outline frame, copper wire discharging traction mechanism, up and down swing winding mechanism, work-piece compressing device, transition hook wire device, work-piece rotating disc, wire clamping device, wire cutting mechanism and so on. The diameter of the wire winding for this equipment is Φ0.10 ~ 1.00 mm Φ, ※ containing copper wire and aluminum wire; can be set in series or parallel winding mode; for Slot filling factor Φ 0.20 ~ 0.70 mm Φ, slot filling factor is more than 85%; for Φ 0.90 ~ 1.00 mm Φ, slot filling factor is more than 75%; and for Φ 1.00 mm, slot filling factor is more than 70% or less. Calculation method of slot filling factor: slot filling factor (%) = (D *D*T/S) *100% (D is outer diameter of wire containing paint film, T is number of turns, and S is effective area of slot).
