The winding machine makes use of self-developed and exclusive control technology; it is equipped with movement control system to realize rotor winding and twisting of small motor. It is arranged with Mitsubishi control system and servo motor; the structure is simple and delicate; it is able to make flexible replacement to the specification. It is mainly composed of the pass wire tensioning device, tooling rotary mechanism, pass wire nozzle mechanism, clamp wire, wire shearing mechanism and frame components. Each circulation only requires for artificial feeding; the equipment automatically clamps the die so that it can reduce labor intensity and greatly upgrade production efficiency; the winding process is able to realize numerous tapping (set up in the screen), automatic wire clamping and shearing functions.
